Ceramic components for lining makers
Alumina cylinders, dimpled and hexagonal tiles and mosaic mats for rubber companies, lagging makers and liner fabricators who build their own panels. Same specification every batch, checked before it ships.

What we supply
| Component | Typical sizes* | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Cylinders | e.g. Ø20×12, Ø20×20 mm | Vulcanising into rubber-ceramic panels |
| Dimpled / serrated tiles | e.g. 20×20×5 mm, one face dimpled, one serrated | Pulley lagging and panels — the profile keys into the rubber |
| Hexagonal tiles | About 20 mm across flats; 3–13 mm thick | Panels and mats where joints must stay tight |
| Mosaic tiles on mats | 10×10 to 20×20 mm, 3–8 mm thick, on sheets | Bonding to curved steel; lagging |
| Plain and weld-on tiles | 150×100, 100×100 mm and others | Steel-backed and bonded liners |
*Typical sizes from partner factories. Other sizes to drawing; tolerances confirmed on the quotation.

What matters to a panel maker
- Consistent dimensions — cylinders and tiles that vary in height leave high spots in the panel face. We agree tolerances and check them per batch.
- The bonding face — dimpled, serrated or grooved faces key into the rubber. We confirm the profile against your process.
- Packing — packed in layers, by size, so your line can pick them without sorting.
- Batch records — grade, density sample and dimensions recorded for each shipment.

Questions
Can you match the components we buy now?
Yes. Send the drawing or a size list with tolerances, the grade, and how the parts are bonded or vulcanised. A sample from your current supplier helps us compare like with like.
Do you supply repeat orders to the same specification?
That is the point of this service. We keep your specification, tolerances and packing on file, and check each batch against them before it ships.
Are our drawings kept confidential?
Yes. Your drawings, specifications and volumes are used only for your orders and are not shared with other customers.
Building your own panels?
Send the size list, grade and volume. We match your current components and keep the specification on file for repeat orders.
